Pros: – colors are super vibrant – very little backlight bleed – great stand (way better than the Acer Predator XB271HU) – really good out of the box calibration Cons: – pricey compared to competition but only option with Nano IPS and true G-sync module Overall Review: I have tried many of the top G-sync monitors with my most recent “daily driver” being an ASUS PG279QZ and so far this has been my favorite. When it comes down to it I find that I personally put color reproduction as my top priority and this panel really pops. The contrast is a little better on the PG279QZ but the colors are so much better on this Viewsonic. I purchased one from another retailer but had to return it because it arrived with several dead pixels. They were out of stock but I ended up getting one from Newegg and it has been perfect. The motion handling is just as good as the ASUS and the colors are so nice. Hopefully this will go on-sale at some point because the high price is the only “con” I can really think of. HDR would have been nice but does not make a big difference in most pc games yet anyways

Pros: The aesthetic is great, no colored accents so it fits with any theme. Great response time with no overshooting. It’s the LG Nano IPS panel paired with a G-sync module– so if you’re looking for variable overdrive, this is it. Headset rack is actually really convenient because I have a wireless headset. The speakers aren’t anything special, but it gives you the option to still hear things when you take off your headset. Cons: RGB led software could use some work. Viewsonic doesn’t have its own RGB software, and it’s not detected by Corsair and Asus software. I tried installing Razer/CoolerMaster/Thermaltake software and all I get is errors because I don’t have any of their products. I wish the OSD gave you more options when it came to setting up the leds, but it’s not a big deal. Overall Review: Arrived on time in perfect condition. The box had minor damage, but thankfully it’s well-packed and everything inside is perfectly fine. I’ve been through two other monitors in the same price range, both had panel issues. Dead pixels, pressure damage. This one is perfect, zero dead pixels. Little to no bleeding. It’s overall a great monitor and works exactly as advertised.

Pros: Colors look great, nay fantastic Monitor is fast Lots of fps Super slim bezels The monitor itself look fantastic Hardly any color bleed at all Cons: None so far Overall Review: Before this I was using 2 different Asus Tuf brand ELMBsync monitors 1 curved the other flat. They are amazing, but this thing was way better. I’m extremely happy with the looks and colors of this thing. Things are more vibrant and true to colors. It barely has any backlight bleed compared to the other 2. Anything that does come through is better dispersed anyway. It’s better for web browsing, reading, and gaming. Couldn’t be happier.
