Overall Review: I bought this to be a blue iris security cam server (NVR) and it is perfect. This is honestly an amazing deal. The hardware is 3 generations behind current but it really doesn’t matter for this application since it has Intel QucikSync. I think these are from some company which replaces their hardware every couple of years. The one I got probably sat on a secretary’s desk for 2 years before I got it. As for the seller, I also have no complaints. They must have cleaned them up a bit since there wasn’t any dust you would expect from a computer sitting for 2 years. it came very well packaged in a manner which made me think they had done this a lot before. I am guessing when they get these from whoever, they end up with a ton of the same model so they can focus on doing them right. Mine had a small scratch on the case but honestly, you wouldn’t be able to notice and I obviously don’t care. It came with a valid Windows 10 Pro key. One thing to note is that this comes with an HDDs not SSD. I replaced the internal HDD with a 3TB purple drive, I had laying around, to save the camera videos to and installed an SSD for the operating system. I was able to download an ISO of windows 10 pro from Microsoft’s website (who knew) from a different computer and install it. Microsoft’s servers validated the key and it all works fine. I never installed it on the HDD it came with and that drive is sitting on my desk because, well, what am I going to do with a 500GB HDD? One oddity is that the expansion slot for a 2.5″ drive needs some weird long screws with rubber isolation grommets on them. I looked around for the proper screws and either they were the wrong size (I wanted to put an SSD in there not an HDD) or super expensive. I hadn’t run into that type of screw before so maybe I just didn’t know what I was doing. I ended up just using a longer screw and a washer to make it fit. I figure whatever vibration those screws were meant to isolate from won’t bother the SSD. *shrug* Some Misc Notes: -This comes with an HDD, you’ll want to buy an SSD so build that into the cost. -Mine at least, had 2x 2GB sticks of ram. I added 2x more I had laying around since this mother board had 4 slots. This gave me a total of 8GB -I have 3 SATA devices hooked up and I seem to recall there were headers for 4. -This CPU has quicksync which helps dramatically when streaming H.264 from IP Cameras. That is why I bought this particular computer. -The case is small, which can help with people who want to “hide” their video recorders. It isn’t super tiny though. I will likely stick mine in my 19″ rack on a shelf. it is about 13″ wide, 15″ deep and 4″ high. Overall I am very happy with the quality of hardware I got and I got a valid windows 10 Pro key for basically, not much more than a copy of windows. If I had to buy a desktop computer for my mom or something, this is exactly what I would get.

Pros: Small in size, but still does the job. Cons: I was disappointed to learn that the HDD was 13 years old! In a business setting, it probably had a LOT of hard work to do. Overall Review: Product-wise, and given the cost, one would have to be satisfied. I called about the “old” HDD and the seller replaced it. That’s what I call excellent customer service!

Pros: Came well packed PCs were in great shape inside in and out Boot drive was 256GB Super Talent SSD, 500GB HDD was setup as empty D: volume Cons: No mouse or keyboard Overall Review: These were excellent values, in great shape, with a bonus SSD. I would buy again!

Pros: We are a small shop and so far things are going well. Speed is much better than our old ones (still don’t like Windows 10 no matter what machine it’s on). I feel it was a perfect purchase for us. Overall Review: I Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade.

Pros: I love it. Great service. Delivered quickly and it’s always so nice to have a new computer because it’s so much quieter. I love Newegg. Thank you. Cons: None that I know of…yet. Overall Review: Keep on doing what you do!

Pros: fast response to keyboard and mouse fast delivery Cons: no optical drive … not really a con unless you need one Overall Review: The SSD makes this a very fast machine. Paperport & MS Office apps (I installed Office 2013) open in a few seconds. On the old PC, apps opened in seconds, too, of course, but it took LOTs of seconds. The PC was VERY clean. It looks brand-new, as someone else writes. If you’re looking for a good machine for office work and web-surfing, this is a great choice.
