Pros: solid stand/build, great features with USB hub, KVM, 4K is beautiful Cons: KVM is broken. Switches between devices fine, but the power/connection to the keyboard and mouse dies intermittently every few minutes, making typing/gaming/etc. impossible. Overall Review: Excited to purchase this initially the day it came out. Sadly, had to send back it to MSI almost immediately for repair given a KVM issue that was present on arrival (frequent intermittent loss of connection to the keyboard and mouse). Unfortunately after keeping it for nearly a month with radio silence, I received an email this morning from MSI customer support saying they don’t have any more of this model in stock and offered a refund with no other explanation. What a headache and now I don’t have a monitor! I’m just waiting for a refund, then I’ll get back to the monitor hunt, but at least I don’t need to look at any MSI products anymore. Not sure if it was just my unit or a problem with their build quality in general or a problem with this model. I would steer clear of this monitor when it comes back in stock.

Pros: My initial impression: This is a very high-quality monitor with a well calibrated quantum dot display. Highly customizable. Changing the monitor settings manually is simple as it has a 5-way joystick on the back of the display. You access the settings by pressing it in and can manually set the other 4 directions as hotkeys. You can do this from the Gaming OSD software as well and the monitor has a button on the left-hand side underneath to start it. You can set the monitor to 175 hz from the built-in settings panel (with display port or USB-C connection). KVM. You can hook up your mouse and keyboard and use them with two different devices hooked up to the monitor. HDR 600. Actual nearly 100% Adobe RGB. 3 year warranty after registering on MSI website, not 1 year like it says on Newegg Cons: I was hesitant to buy this monitor at first because of the reviewer claiming light bleed and no gamma settings. I have not experienced light bleed and the monitor is exceedingly customizable. I have personally experienced no cons thus far. Overall Review: I am very impressed with this MSI monitor overall. It has exceeded my expectations. I believe it is one of the best in its class available right now and is affordable to boot. Highly recommended. It’s also an excellent concurrent choice for desktop graphic applications and content creation.

Pros: – KVM is great! (a pro and con) – Looks amazing with lots of options (10 bit color, HDR600, QD display, 175Hz!) – Support was quick. I put a ticket in and in just over an hour they responded. (I was looking for firmware) – Came with all the cables I needed, a little short but still nice to include. Cons: – Instructions are bare o No detailed explanation of settings o No firmware information (requires the Gaming OSD app) o Youre on your own for KVM setup, hope my review below helps o Manual doesnt really explain anything – KVM o Initial issues (Make sure to have the monitor driver installed on all computers and reboot the monitor) but got it working well o Sleep issue not waking up with mouse or keyboard. Once the computer goes to sleep or turns the monitor off, normally you can wake up the computer by moving the mouse or hitting the keyboard but not so. I needed to plug a mouse into the computer to wake it up or turning the monitor on and off helps. o Only ONE USB port.smdh Overall Review: I recently purchased this monitor because of a sale price, had intentions of getting a non-quantum display, am very happy I caught a sale on it because I think it looks fantastic. Not many reviews out on these newer MSI monitors so want to contribute where I could. The monitor came out flawless, no bad pixels nor any bad IPS glow or bleeding. First off, make sure to get the monitor driver from their website and install it on all the computers using this monitor. Also get the gaming OSD software so you can control the display settings and profiles from your mouse and keyboard. One of my favorite things about this monitor is KVM. I previously used another MSI gaming monitor that had KVM and fell in love with it so I was looking forward to using it on this one, but one major flawthere is only ONE usb port on this monitor! ONE! KVM stands for KEYBOARD video and MOUSE. How am I going to hookup a keyboard and mouse with one USB?? The previous MSI monitor had 2 USB ports so there was a decision to remove the much needed extra USB port for some awful reason. Luckily, I am still able to use a powered USB hub to connect multiple devices to this monitor kvm. Non-powered USB hub did not work for me. So now instead of having the normal 2 built in usb ports for a efficiency and a clean look, I have to have more junk cables and a box hanging from the monitor and taking up another power spot on my battery backup, very ridiculous and this is my biggest gripe about the monitor. Once I got the USB 2.0 hub ($13 from Best Buy), I was finally able to use my gaming laptop on this monitor. There are no instructions or explanations about settings, it sadly came very bare and couldnt find much except some youtube videos, most of which had similar settings I was trying to learn about. MSI makes a great monitor but could definitely do better marketing and could ship out units for review. So youre mostly on your own for fine tuning, but there is a guy on youtube who does over a 3 part video on this monitor (His name is Not Bios or something like that). It helped me understand what settings I should use based on his opinion and explanations. My aged video card on my desktop could not maximize the beauty of this monitor but my laptop sure did, my COD game looks smooth and fantastic! I used some color settings from rtings.com for a similar MSI model to find a good option for a custom profile. The colors are rich and beautiful and switching profiles is fairly easy with the Gaming OSD app. However, it does have a weird dimming option that I think is tied to the HDR option which really bothers me when a dark screen comes up. I do love bright screens with rich color, so I like the default Movie and RTS settings, but the youtube guy wasnt fond of them. This panel is gorgeous and Im glad a sale happened so this monitor would catch my eye, I believe it competes with some of the higher end Gigabyte monitors easily and at a better price point. The KVM setup was strange for me since I didnt know what to expect, but USB C provides Video/Keyboard/Mouse and whatever else I guess I hook up to my hub.to another computer. My laptop does not have Thunderbolt but it still worked and appears to be 100% functional as far as max display settings go. You need to hookup the USB B cable to your computer (my desktop in my case). Overall Im very happy with this monitor, so much so I ordered a new video card for my desktop (hurt my bank account lol). MSI really needs to work on their marketing, they have a great product but with the lack of reviews out there, no one is going to find out about it.

Pros: Very good monitor in all aspects. Best 32inch 4k 144hz on the market as of right now. Extremely minimal backlight bleed. Amazing Colors HDR is not bad but its HDR 600 so you cant expect much. very good brightness. Full bandwidth HDMI 2.1 Cons: Dead pixel/stuck pixel Overall Review: This monitor checks all boxes. Its a very good monitor and worth the price , but make sure the first thing you do when you get this monitor is to check for dead/stuck pixels. I would love to give it 5 stars but had to go with 3 stars because of the pixel issue.

Pros: -Easy to use. -Wonderful picture in sRGB mode. -G-Sync compatibility works very well. -Easy to adjust settings. -KVM switch works perfectly. Switching between xBox and PC is quite easy. -No dead pixels. -No Blooming. -No IPS glow. -No Backlight bleed. Cons: -Horrible HDR. Makes everything super dark on PC. Overall Review: **Day 1 Impressions and Quick Review** I was looking to upgrade my PG278Q monitor. And this one was the one I have been eyeing for awhile. First, the games look beautiful. With my RTX 3090 and 5800x, i can usually get in the neighborhood of 70-90fps per game so far (high settings on almost all categories, with slight adjustments in some parts like anti-aliasing, shadow quality, scaling) and it looks amazing. I am not a competitive gamer, I love RPG games. So my goal here is not to hit 120+ fps. Elden Ring, AC Valhalla, Days Gone, Horizon Zero Dawn, and RE Village all look fantastic. I quickly loaded each one up just to see how it would look. I tried using the HDR on the monitor (out of pure curiosity), but it makes the games that I have just too dark. In terms of color, I still believe that my monitor that I use for drawing is must better, and the quality of the colors is quite noticeable. So, compared to the VP3256-4k, it falls short, but I did not expect it to beat it in terms of color. The MPG321UR-QD XBOX Edition is most definitely made for gaming and succeeds in every way, except in HDR. I knock off one egg, simply because HDR is too dark. If you are hoping for a great HDR experience, I would recommend you look elsewhere. Since OLED monitors will be hitting the market soon, with LG releasing an OLED monitor (not the TVs) this summer. Those will most likely hit the HDR mark you will be looking for. Overall, I am in love with this monitor. I will keep you updated if anything else comes up.

Pros: The thin bezels are good, resolution and speed are great Text shows very clear on this monitor Cons: No built-in speakers-not a big deal but still a minus for this monitor. Backlighting is not uniform and is much brighter on the bottom left of the monitor. Dead/Stuck Pixels. Found 2 then stopped looking. This is getting returned. Overall Review: I like this monitor, but the panel needs quality improvement.
