Too many adjustments to get an accurate picture. Sound is average, despite the hype. It requires a Samsung Soundbar for best sound. It is difficult to keep the picture tuned correctly as it changes according to the source. This TV is very expensive and has the potential to be very good but there are so many different adjustments to the picture that it is very difficult to enjoy owning this television. I regret my purchase. I have a two year old 65 inch Samsung TV which is much more user friendly. The 8K picture can be gorgeous if you have a proper source like YouTube. Upscaling of 4K is very good. The sound is very ordinary despite claiming 70 watts total power. One of the speakers has a bad hum. I have tried to compensate for this by using the built in equalizer. It helped a bit.
