I Know What You Did Last Supper

Piatkus. 2013

The price of betrayal is more than thirty pieces of silver. Two days after Jesus Christ's crucifixion, Judas Iscariot receives an anonymous note stating, I know what you did. Wrapped with it is an eye, complete with trailing optic nerve, and a splintered tooth -trophies ripped from two recently butchered friends. Someone, it seems, knows what Judas did on that fateful night following the Last Supper. And that someone is intent on exacting a bloody and gruesome revenge. As more acquaintances...

Pros: – VERY efficient (half the power to run my games vs 1660 Ti) – Very quiet Cons: Ray Tracing performance is minimal Overall Review: Recommended as alternative to GTX 1660 TI (or Super, etc…). I had a VERY similar MSI version of the GTX 1660 Ti and this was faster, quieter, and more efficient. The Ray Tracing capability is minimal but if you compare it to a GTX 1660 series I like it a lot better (and I liked my MSI 1660 Ti a LOT). I also tried it against an MSI RTX 3060 Ventus 2X 12G but that was noisy (70% fans) and power hungry enough (150+Watts) even in non-RTX simple games like Civ 6 that I’m glad I have this card instead, even if the Ray Tracing isn’t quite equivalent.

Pros: – It beats having no card! – Sad to say but it’s cheapest option I could find for an rtx 3060 alternative. – Arrived fast, works well so far. Cons: – Ray tracing basically unusable – No DLSS – PCIe 8 lanes only Overall Review: Under normal conditions, I would not buy this card at the $850CAD price point after taxes. Sadly this is the cheapest option for a new card that is at least capable of 2k in certain titles, runs my Apex lovely though at 1080p and that’s all I wanted. Hard to review this right now, I just needed a card, cause I had nothing!

Pros: Runs great. It’s way better than my old GTX 1050, and the card came at an “okay” price. Has a backplate which I can’t say for many other 6600s in this price range. Just a nice looking card in general. Cons: In a normal market this is too expensive, but it’s the best price you get can in the current market. Overall Review: Runs every game I want to perfectly, and is a huge improvement to my old card. Wish I could have payed this amount for a 6700 or 3070, but in this market a $469 RX 6600 isn’t too bad of a price!

Pros: Runs well… when it runs well. Cons: Created terrible system instability. Sometimes my system boots and I can hardly move the mouse. Sound via HDMI or Displayport is bugged. Overall Review: I normally wouldn’t bother writing a review over a lemon. Lemons happen. But MSI is making me pay for the cost of return shipping, which feels like an extra kick in the teeth. Furthermore, I’ve already spent many hours of my time troubleshooting this particular problem, and spent money on fixes that didn’t work. Overall a terrible experience.

Pros: Equivalent to a 1080 TI or RTX 2070 Gets great FPS in all games at 1080p and 1440p Quieter than my old GTX 970 Smart Access Memory Support. Super Overclockable Good resell value Cons: Costs a lot over a reference card. No raytracing support Overall Review: Overall I would highly recommend this card if you want to play games competitively in today’s market. This card is a great value. I did watch a lot of reviews that say not to get this card. But I have to say I’m happy with what I got. It gets more than twice the FPS my 970 did and uses half the power while being a smaller form factor. Plus in the future, if I want to upgrade to another card I can just sell this one. Even if it only gets me 250 – 300 dollars at least I got my money’s worth in performance.

Pros: Finally after waiting for prices to come down to msrp I got a new video card. I only game in 1080 so I don’t need anything more than this. Was using GTX 1050 Ti. Night and day difference in frame rate. Overall Review: Finally got a new video card!! The chip shortage and scalpers really put the screws to us gamers over the last few years. Refused to pay over MSRP for a video card. I only game in 1080 so I don’t need anything more than this. Was using GTX 1050 Ti. Night and day difference in frame rate. It’s a good looking card as well. Back plate is plastic but doesn’t look cheap. Excellent mid-level card when paired with a Ryzen 5600. Plays everything well at 1080p at medium to high settings.

Pros: Way faster than my old card Smaller than my old card Draws less power than my old card Worked like a charm after driver install. Super smooth Overall Review: As a casual gamer I could not justify spending $500+ (or even way more lately) on a new video card. With prices easily exceeding $1000 in a lot of cases I decided to just wait. I have FINALLY been able to replace my old GTX 970. It was also an MSI card, and has been running like a champ since I got it in 2014-15, but lately I started getting game crashes – not sure if that was hardware getting old or, as I actually suspect, the drivers getting updated and not supporting the older hardware as well (or Windows 11 not supporting it as well, etc..) Anyway, prices came down, pulled the trigger, stuck with a brand that has treated me well (7-8 years is pretty good for a card) and I am very happy. Install was a breeze (hardest part was getting my older, bigger card out of the ITX case), and everything just works. Only real issue I had was I had previously FPS capped several games as my card couldn’t keep up. This caused some issues with stuttering/lagging until I removed the caps – then WHAM. Card runs great, everything so far has been running great, and no crashes during any games as of yet.
