Pros: I received the computer very fast and I am also very happy with the quality. Being a refrub, a lot of people have reservations about quality and over all appearance of the unit. This one arrived like it was new. No dust inside or out, and very well packed. The only issue I have, which is a minor one vs. the affordability and quality of the computer, I will list in the cons. Cons: The computer was advertised to have a “Wireless” keyboard and mouse. I understood that the manufacture of both was to be determined, and I was fine with that. But what I received was a wired keyboard and mouse. Again that is just a minor flaw in a otherwise very satisfied transaction and customer. Overall Review: Overall I would trust this seller again, if I need to buy any other products. The shipping time was great and the over all computer itself is seems like its new. For the price and the service. I am very happy.

Pros: A nice compact solution for when a Windows PC is needed. Cons: Something nice to include would have been a small sheet of paper with a link to the specific page at HP’s site for drivers and a reminder of the key needed to get into BIOS. A minor quibble, as I was ultimately able to get it set up the way I want. Overall Review: A good solution for Mac users that migrated to a new machine with M1 CPU that still need Windows for certain apps.
