Pros: Uses the same Innolux panel as the AORUS FI32U. Why pay $200 more for RGB when this exists! Cheapest 32″ 4K 144hz HDMI 2.1 IPS panel on the market today. Most with those specs are $1,000+ (or aren’t released yet). 4k is great (but make sure your GPU can keep up!) While not officially certified, the g-sync compatibility worked flawlessly with my RTX 3080 TI. HDMI 2.1 also makes this great for the latest generation of consoles (in theory; untested myself). Cons: Landscape only. If you want to rotate in portrait mode, you will need a VESA mount. The cables it came with are pretty short. If your pc/console sits literally right next to the monitor you are fine, but if you want to do cable management around your desk you are going to need to buy/supply your own cables. Doesn’t come with a USB-C cable. The only way to use use KVM (pictured) is to use one USB-B (included) and one USB-C (not included) cable. I haven’t been able to test the KVM feature yet because of this. Overall Review: Great monitor, but update the firmware! You can get the firmware update from Gigabyte’s website. Firmware update F06 = “Improve the performance and reduce input lag”. Out of the box, mine came with a lower firmware, and needed updating. At only 90% DCI-P3, this is probably not the monitor for you if you need to do professional color-accurate work. Neither would I recommend getting this monitor for HDR400. If you want this for HDR gaming, look elsewhere (like HDR1000+). Other than that, most of the cons are minor and I would recommend this monitor for 144hz 4k gaming.

Pros: Price HDMI 2.1 144 Hz Cons: HDR Overall Review: I bought this monitor to be able to take full advantage of both next-gen consoles while having the experience of playing on a monitor. Previously, I had the PS5 hooked up to a 65 Sony (also HDMI 2.1), and the Xbox hooked up to an LG 27GL850-B (1440p). Both consoles were great on their respective displays, but ultimately I wanted everything hooked up to one screen. M32U Thoughts: – Packaged well and doesnt appear to have any dead pixels – Setup is pretty straight forward – 4K looks great with next-gen consoles (havent hooked up the PC yet to test it out with the 3080) – HDR but not reallybut bought this monitor knowing that – Simple menu / controls – Great price for the specs Im really going to put lots of hours into this monitor over the next 20 days (or so) to see if any issues rise to the surface, but so far so good.

Pros: This monitor hit everything i was looking for on my checklist at under $1k. I did not get this for the HDR as. I find anything less than HDR1000 to be a marketing gimmick. I also dont find HDR to be worth the price hike like the Asus 3k monitor. If you want a solid 32 in 4k monitor that has all the feature you need for gaming and most productivity tasks like me then this is the monitor for you. If I did Pro photoshop or other color accurate work I might say look else where. Not saying it isnt far off from perfect but its pretty close This monitor looks really good in person Cons: Instruction manual was lacking. Make sure to filp the switch at the bottom of the monitor for your first time setup its like a toggle switch similar to that found on a power supply. I thought my unit was DOA until I found it Overall Review: Overall I’m highly impressed with this monitor. It doesnt have the RGB or HDR 1000 features offered by other monitor but it also doesnt have their price tag. This a No fluff monitor at a great price. I actually found this monitor a steal at this price

It is much easier on my eyes than my previous screen. I can race much longer without my eyes burning. It also makes nightime driving on WRC10 much easier to see down the road. Before I often felt like I was driving blind with my old monitor. I wish an instruction manual was included with the M32U to explain the button functions on the back of the unit. The location of the on/off rocker switch could be in a more accessible location. You need to reach under the bottom of the screen to get to it with your fingertips. Overall very happy with my purchase.

Pros: – Overall image quality (except for thin text looks bad) – No obvious light bleeding – Ease of use (after downloading that “sidekick”) – Huge variety of settings – Deep blacks, bright whites – Gamma presets are great – The Curve is pretty sweet, I’m a believer now (unless you need to align stuff eg graphics designers) Cons: – Overdrive is complete trash – it leaves really nasty ghosting artifacts on fast-moving pixels, such as when dragging a window or basically any contrasting colors in games. Turning it off fixed it. – I don’t know what HDR does but I don’t notice a difference. Turning it off in Windows 10 helped with the heavy blurring/fading when moving windows around. – Had to turn sharpness completely off because there were heavy red/blue artifacts around thin black text on white backgrounds. There still is, but it’s limited to the actual letters and not around them. Switching to “FPS” mode also helped a bit. – Thin black text on white backgrounds still has that red/blue shift though, like it’s a tube monitor from the 80’s or 90’s. I use dark themes so I can deal with it. Never happened on my old Asus ProArt monitor though, so that sucks. – The bezel is misleading, there’s half-inch black bars around the top and sides. Not cool. – The stand is lop-sided such that the left side is about a half-inch lower than the right side. Can be fixed by using an arm instead which I guess I’ll have to do and that’s annoying. Overall Review: Took a long time to configure properly, and I had to download the “OSD Sidekick” app from gigabyte’s website to be able to change the brightness and contrast. But from there I could change the quick switch shortcuts to access it with the hardware nub, which is great. It’s only 8-bit colors, but the blacks look pretty good after fiddling with the settings a bit (FPS mode, gamma 3, mid contrast, no blue reduction, black eq at 10). Had to use display port to get 144hz – I don’t know why everyone keeps mentioning HDRI like it’s desirable anymore. Can’t go back to 60hz now, it’s so nice. The front panel itself runs really hot, enough to feel a temp difference from about half a foot away so it will definitely affect room temp in smaller rooms, especially in summer. Might be nice in winter though. If it weren’t for the dead pixel, I would have kept it.

Pros: – Easy setup, all the cables you need are included EXCEPT the USB-C connector needed for the KVM – The monitor stand is sturdy and completely supports the monitor – And the picture quality is superb Cons: – No USB-C cable – The KVM isn’t intuitive. People all over are having issues getting the KVM setup. There needs to be more YouTube videos to support the KVM setup Overall Review: – Great monitor – Would purchase again

Pros: KVM is a great feature and can help with cable management. Picture is great with no light bleeding evident. Cost is reasonable for what you’re getting. Vesa certified mounting option for using mounting arms. Cons: Speakers are so sad honestly they shouldn’t even have included them. Overall Review: I would have given this monitor 5 stars had it not advertised or included speakers. Honestly most of us are using headsets or a dedicated setup anyway. When I tested though I was greeted by a tinny muted experience that is far worse than any TV with included speakers I’ve experienced. Overall this is a great monitor, just do yourself a favor and ignore the included speakers altogether.
