Pros: – Handles ray tracing with ease @ 1440p – Stays cool under load (~75°C while gaming) – Metal backplate with airflow holes – No noticeable coil whine Cons: – Costs way too dang much. (This is Nvidia’s fault mostly.) – Heatsink could be a bit beefier. Although no issues so far. Overall Review: This is a fantastic card overall. Only complaint is the price but that’s the nature of the beast these days. Reason I jumped on it is because I was picked in the Newegg Shuffle. Good luck out their gamers! There’s good news on the horizon! 😉

Pros: Pros: – Build quality – Fitment – Performance – EVGA Warranty – Overclocking covered under warranty – Under performs the 3090 by only about 2%-3% Cons: Cons: – Price Overall Review: If you can afford it, I absolutely recommend purchasing this card. The performance compared to the 3090 is only about 2%-3% difference. the price is less than the 3090. and you cannot beat EVGA Warranty, especially if you are overclocking.

Pros: -Frame rates are nuts in most games (100+ at 1440p) right out of the box. -No tweaking needed for most titles unless you need more power. -Design is sleek and RGB can be tweaked with available tools for custom looks. -Power draw is reasonable for what you are getting. Cons: -Cost: this card is top end, but $1400 retail price is pretty steep. -Card is heavy. Needed to purchase extra support stand to help keep the card from slumping. This does not happen right away, but it is something that will happen as time goes on. -Size: Medium and large PC cases will not have an issue with the size of the card, but for anyone wanting to purchase this with a small or gear-cramped case, you may want to upgrade you case size before buying. Overall Review: Overall, I am happy with this purchase. I was hoping for a top of the line card to complete my build and needed something that would crush all my games at 1440p ultra settings. I was blown away with the out of the box performance and the experience only got better with the most recent driver updates and some tweaks. If you want one as well, head over to the Newegg shuffle and try you luck. That’s how I snagged this one.

This card is amazing, no two ways about it. If you want a basically TOP Tier Air cooled RTX 3000 series card, the EVGA FTW3 Ultra seems to be the best for maxing out the GPU and Memory – Yes there are the Asus ROG STRIX cards and Gigabyte Aorus Master – but BOTH of those cost SIGNIFICANTLY more! Like $300 MSRP alone! But the MARKET is INSANE! Normally, I would have just waited and bought an MSRP RTX 3080 – ideally. But when the prices are what they are, and Vanilla 3080’s cost about the same as the Ti models – well, the RTX 3080 Ti is the OBVIOUS choice there! And 3090s – they are like twice the price, and in gaming – usually perform WORSE than a good AIB model like the EVGA FTW3 Ultra – I clocked my memory to 20.6 Gbps – up from 19, and OC scan told me a +134 on the core was good, so that is what I run – and in games, I RARELY see less than 2050 MHZ – the lowest I have ever seen it dip is 1920 MHZ – not one crash or glitch so far! – this is with power maxed too of course! TL:DR If you WANT a GREAT RTX 3080/Ti/3090 – it would appear that the EVGA FTW3 Ultra is the best model for people like me, who want to max the chip out with good air cooling! I mean I haven’t tested the other top tier air offerings, but TechPowerUp has, and the FTW3 either beats, or ties them when OCed!

Pros: I was able to get a +130 OC @ 2090 MHz and +1k memory OC stable. The issue was the fan speed which was running at about 75% when I did this. This was too loud for my ears and the wattage was boosting near the 450 watt range under stress testing. I decided to under-volt. I dropped the frequency curve on MSI Afterburner down to 1000 and locked the voltage in at 950mV. From there I raised the frequency up to 1950MHz, locked the frequency and it ran stable. By doing this, the card never goes over 950Mv. The wattage never comes close to 350 watts and averages around 260 watts. The fans barely if ever his 50% and the card rarely goes over 60c. For me, this is the sweet spot for performance, thermals and fan noise. It is virtually silent at this level. The card kicks all kinds of but and under-volting was the way to go. I play at 1440p. Under-volting gives me great peace of mind knowing that I’m not over heating and stressing the card out. It’s built to do that but I don’t see the point with 75% fan speed. I want to enjoy my gaming sessions which I’m doing without the fans going nuts. Although the card can handle 450 watts under load, I don’t really see the point. It’s a perfect and beautiful card sitting in my case. Cons: Price Overall Review: I would purchase this card again in a heartbeat. I obtained it via the Newegg shuffle. It took about 15 tries but I won it. Super happy with it.

This 3080ti is an absolute monster of a graphics card. I play at 4k 120fps, and this thing has had no trouble at all hitting those marks in just about everything I’ve thrown at it. Is it a good deal? Of course not. Was it worth upgrading from a 2080ti? Probably not. Can I run everything at Ultra/very high settings and still get 100+ frames? Yup. If you’ve got cash to burn and want pretty much the best gaming card on the market, you can’t go wrong with this thing.

The EVGA 3080ti is powerful as the 30 series cards are. This version is triple fan (and super colorful?). I upgraded from a 2080 super and have experienced almost a doubling in my FPS for most games, including Assassin’s Creed Valhala, Total War Warhammer 2, and more. That said, the card does run warm at about 80 Celsius. This changes game to game, but when running Assassin’s Creed it is consistently at that temp. Keep in mind that game is poorly optimized. Nonetheless, the card does provide a nice lightshow with the RGB backplate and it is certainly powerful. If the cooling system in your pc is competent the heat is not an issue at all.

Pros: Perfect fit in NZXT H1 v1 case, also great temperature under 75 degrees Cons: Expansive Overall Review: Better to undervolt before use, not much different compared with stock clock

Pros: -Crazy fast -4k Ultra settings? No problem Cons: -Loud in small case -Power hungry -Hot Overall Review: I bought this for gaming on LG C1 4k TV, and it does not disappoint. It has pretty much been: go into game settings, turn everything up as high as it will go, then sit back as this thing crushes it. As an added benefit, it has turned my computer into a space heater, which is a win in my area. Guess that happens when you suck 350 watts out of my wall. Get a good power supply. You’re going to need it. And probably add a few case fans to your cart while you’re at it. But hey, in the grand scheme of things when you’re dropping this silly, nearly obscene amount on a graphics card, what’s a couple extra bucks for some fans? I digress. I upgraded from a 3060 ti (awesome, but not at 4k). With that card, heat wasn’t an issue in my Asus Tuf 301 case. I had front mounted my AIO and life was good. Then along comes this beast. Had to swap out front mounted for a rear mounted 120mm AIO because of case and get the front mounted fans blowing on this thing. If you find yourself in a similar situation, go with a case upgrade instead. It would have been quieter. It gets pretty loud to cool itself in a smaller sized case. I like to keep it below 80C, which requires the fans run around 85-90%. Loud, but not terrible as I play games with volume loud anyway. It’s just when I pause to remove a layer of clothing due the heat that I’m reminded that I have a serious problem with computers. If you’ve read this far, you most likely do too. Just do it. You know you want to.

Pros: Cheapest 3080 12GB you can buy. Has an aggressive max TDP so should be a decent overclocker High end cooling solution with a 0rpm mode under 50C Dual bios Cons: Not sure where 350W TDP comes from, but this card actually pulls 400watts out of the box on the normal bios so just make sure you have a case that breathes. The cooler is excellent but if your case is a hot box you will likely see thermal limits hit. Overall Review: This card gets within a few percent of a 3080ti in most games, has the same memory config, and is $300 cheaper. DLSS is a killer feature over something like the 6900xt. Turning it to quality at 1440p in games that support it is ~20% additional frames for genuinely no discernible loss of quality. If youre looking to upgrade to arguably the best gaming performance for the price available right now, this card is it.

Pros: -Looks absolutely amazing. -Even better for playing games! -Doesn’t make me cry when I see the inside of my PC, like I have been for the past ~2 years. Cons: -Makes me want to play games more. -Will have to buy 3 new monitors to make use of the extra power. -Makes me wonder if I’m compensating for something due to the size of the card. Overall Review: -I would definitely recommend the product for the price! -Also would buy again for building my girlfriend’s PC (she does art and plays games, streams too).
