Pros: – This card won’t put you very far behind the RTX 3080/3090 in performance unless you strictly game in 4k resolution with all details maxed out. – Scores on par with the AMD RX 6800 XT in 3D Mark’s Time Spy Extreme Benchmark (Compared test results with TechRadar’s site) and VERY close to the RTX 3080. – Not as long of a card as I expected; huge plus for me. A smidge longer than 11 inches. – Not a lot of RGB on it; only the EVGA lights up, A positive in my opinion. – No frills packaging Cons: – Many mixed reviews, however don’t let that scare you, the drivers still need to mature. – Not really a con, but this card does require a dual 8 pin power connectors. and I’m running a 750 watt PSU. – At the time of this writing, this is a super rare card even at a time when basically everything is already rare. There have been reports of MSRP sites never getting any of these cards that were supposed to on launch day, June 10th, 2021. – Coming from a prior AMD 5700XT, I love the driver interface; Nvidia needs work on this area. – Only 8GB of VRAM because they don’t want to cannibalize sales from the 3080/90 line. Overall Review: I was fortunate enough to win an opportunity to purchase this card in the Newegg Shuffle. I purchased it at MSRP which is extremely lucky considering right now I see this card for $1500-$1800 American dollars on 3rd party sites. There have been many mixed reviews on the 3070ti and you can research those for yourself but my experience so far with this card is phenomenal. I replaced an AMD 5700XT and that card is no slouch but it doesn’t compare to the 3070ti. I have it paired with an AMD Ryzen 5900x CPU. The Passmark bench posted a 3D score of 29,199; an incredible score if you consider the 3090 on Passmark’s site only posted a 25,764 score. Perhaps their testbed wasn’t a 5900x CPU, who knows. Anyway, if you can get your hands on this card don’t hesitate. Plus, I have confidence that Nvidia will continue to tweak the drivers to squeeze more performance out of it. No issues, no crashes so far and I didn’t even wipe my drive on the install, I thoroughly removed my older AMD drivers, however, I may still conduct a reformat later. Also all of my benchmarks were conducted at stock speed; except my bios is setup for XMP/DOCP, nothing else.

Pros: -Incredibly powerful -Relatively quiet -iCX3 technology keeps the GPU extremely cool -All metal backplate -Adjustable ARGB LED -Fantastic quality and packaging from EVGA -Makes any build look aggressive yet elegant Cons: -Absolutely massive (a con for those with smaller cases) -Fans get quite loud under heavy load -GPU shortage makes this card difficult to find Overall Review: Through Newegg shuffle I managed to successfully acquire what 99% of other people are STILL struggling to get their hands on, an RTX 3xxx series Ampere GPU. The RTX 3070Ti wasn’t my first choice for a new GPU but I couldn’t pass up the opportunity for an upgrade and something that has eaten away at my mind while also taking up a great deal of my free time to find. Upon arrival I felt a huge weight had finally been lifted off of my shoulders. First impressions, the card absolutely dwarfs my GTX 1070Ti in comparison. I have only ever owned MSI GPUs so as my first EVGA product the build quality is outstanding. Handling the GPU before installation you really get a sense that great care was taken when manufacturing and assembling. After the card clicked into my PCI-E slot it was eerily quiet, time seemed to slow, and I basked in the glory that my build had finally acquired the final piece of the puzzle. Gaming at 1440p 144hz MAX settings in several intensive games the EVGA RTX 3070Ti FTW3 does not disappoint and I was thoroughly impressed with it’s performance. Would I recommend this to others? The RTX 3070Ti is one of the least impressive Ti cards Nvidia has released over the years. The RTX 3070Ti is essentially a beefed up RTX 3070 rather than a gimped RTX 3080. This puts it closer to the RTX 3070 in terms of performance. However, I would recommend this particular card to others because of EVGA’s factory overclock, build quality, and visual appeal. If you want an astounding 1440p gaming experience and the ability to also dabble in some light 4k gaming then this product is for you. This card will suit me well for years to come and I am finally happy to be enjoying a current generation GPU.

Pros: Performs well, RGB Software works with no issues. I have not OC’d yet Cons: Price, Newegg’s package deals that make you buy something that is over priced and not needed Overall Review: Great product but Newegg needs to stop playing games with pricing

Pros: The over appearance is actually better in person. I have to give credit to Newegg as the card arrived the next day as this has been the fastest I have received an item from Newegg. Cons: Sadly did not come with a sticker or anything extra. Overall Review: None noted

Pros: -outstanding performance -cool temps -3 year warranty with EVGA -quiet Cons: -difficult to obtain -size Overall Review: Update 7/8/2021: Been playing Red Dead Redemption 2 with everything on max settings, getting a constant 60+ FPS on 2560×1080 (21:9) ultrawide, paired with a Ryzen 3800X 8-core processor. GPU load varies between about 70-85% depending on the environment, temps haven’t gone up past 66°C so far. Haven’t noticed any coil whine either. Cool and quiet, must have gotten a good one. The only setting I knocked down was tree tessellation because it bumped my GPU load up to ~98% and it doesn’t really affect much beyond the details of tree trunks. Obviously this had more of an impact in forest environments in the game. I was fortunate enough to win the Newegg Shuffle and got the card I was dreaming of. Upgrading from a 6-year old GTX 960, the performance is night and day. Fallout 4 and Valheim, and at 2560×1080, both run on max settings with a constant 120+ FPS. The card’s fans barely need to turn on with Fallout 4, and I haven’t seen the temps go above 54° C. And if you’re the type of person who is triggered by RGB lights, you can disable them entirely with EVGA’s PrecisionX software, the same software used for overclocking the card. I tried uploading a quick video of some of the lighting settings via Newegg, but the uploader keeps failing. You can see them here: https://youtu.be/fUNwXF08C8U This is by far the biggest card I’ve owned. It’s 2.75 slots thick and nearly a foot long. Make sure to measure your case, if you are lucky enough to get one. I got myself a little GPU support pole and cut it down to the exact size for my case (Corsair 450D) because I didn’t want this GPU ruining my PCI slot over time. Thank you, Newegg, and I hope you can find a good GPU in this sad market we’re in. The imaginary meme currency crash can’t come soon enough.

I know GPUs have been in short supply and prices are higher than normal, but the EVGA RTX 3070ti FTW3 is an excellent card. Pros: * More than adequate VRAM for fast and buttery smooth graphics * PCIE4 connection which helps with faster tranfers. * DLSS works great on this card as does GSync * Terrific fan and heatsink setup keeping the card very cool even during long gaming sessions. *The cooling system and fans are fairly quiet until you hit full load. * The RGB looks great and is compatible with several motherboard programs (I use ASUS). Small cons: * The card is very large. If you have a small factor case, this isn’t for you. *The weight of the card does cause some sagging. I needed a bracket for mine. *The card does get pretty load at full load. All in all, this is still an excellent addition to anyone’s gaming rig.
