Pros: Like the overall quality of the laptop itself. Like the fingerprint feature as well as the overall dimension of the screen. Also appreciate having the number pad. Fast booting and overall response. Cons: Only Con I found is the ability to read the keys. They are illuminated but I find it harder to read the keys when it is light out. The slots where the light goes through are very thin. Excellent when it is a little darker in the room. Overall Review: Great Laptop overall. I purchased for using with a laser cutter and the software that is used to create the designs and control the laser. Responds much faster than my previous Asus and the larger screen makes it easy to work with the designs.

Pros: everything else Cons: # -2 The keyboard color schema and lack of strong backlit lighting are a huge detractor # a mandatory bios update. (yes an Asus mandatory update of the bios) Thats always a tense few minutes. This took place after a basic windows update after unboxing # -1 points for what appears to be some minor bloatware from Mcafee #-2 points for wasting spec space and providing USB 2.0 instead of at least additional 3.0 or 3.1 Overall Review: Sitting around the conference room table ‘Now Who would be interested in a large 1920/1080 17.3 display on a laptop? #I know! Folks who have impeccable eyesight and for which we can make the keyboard schema almost translucent in function! # Sold!

Cons: I only wish that the applications came already on the desktop. I have not a clue when I will be able to install the programs I purchased at the time I bought the computer. Overall Review: Yes. The product is great for older people and there are many of us. Get one.
