Pros: This thing runs all games like a boss. CP 2077 Ultra settings paired with 5950x/aorus x570 master/32gig trident z neo/1tb samsung 980 pro m2 gets me averaging 80-90 fps steady. When gigabyte comes out with a decent mobo bios and I’m sure amd will fine tune their software as well, it will get even better. 9 out of 10 all day. Edit, this is at 1440p @ 144hz. Cons: Price Overall Review: Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Pros: Runs every game flawlessly at 1440p. RE, Tomb Raider, Battlefield, Wolfenstein and Bioshock series are the kind of games I play and the card renders the newest ones beautifully and even perks up some of the older titles a little. Runs my Oculus Rift flawlessly as well. The fans stand at attention, spool up ultra quiet even under heavy load and come to a dead stop as soon as I log off of a game which are all huge pluses having an open air layout. Got it paired with a Seasonic Focus 850w power supply which more than handles the demand. Cons: It is large and heavy. I went from a 1080GTX (pictured above the 6800XT). Had to mount it vertically and have a wine cork under the 3rd fan to keep it level because it didn’t look right horizontal in the case with a card stand. Now for the ugly part but it is not the card’s fault, the price. $1500 out the door, taxes and all is about how much I spent on my last entire upgrade. Is it worth it? To me yeah but I’m a tech addict. If you have a good bit of life left on your old card I’d hold till mid 2022. Overall Review: Overall I’d recommend this card to anyone who has the change to spare and room in their case. If you’re on the fence and can wait, definitely do so. It’s a great card and is leaps and bounds above what I upgraded from.

Pros: – Excellent frame rates at 3440×1440 – Runs relatively cool (mid 40’s idle and mid 60’s to high 70’s depending on game being played) – RGB is tasteful – Arrived unscathed from NewEgg (good job) packaged well – Card looks and feels very well built. Cons: – Card is massive and just barely fits in my Corsair Crystal 680X (seriously 1mm longer and it doesn’t fit) – I dont care for the red highlights, I realize its AMD etc, etc…but manufacturers need to just make cards black or white or some combination of the two. – Polychrom Sync RGB software is not very good IMO. It works but its very slow to startup and once you set the colors I’d just unload the software – Very expensive for what it is Overall Review: Ok so lets first address the elephant in the room, this card and all GPU’s are massively overpriced in this crypto mining world we live in today. I really held out as long as I could and I landed this card for $1499. This is by far the most expensive card I’ve ever purchased. I’m upgrading from a EVGA 2080 which I paid roughly $700 for so over double in price and I’m quite certain I’m not getting double the performance. That said, I just wanted to build an all AMD machine and well I paid the piper. Also 6800XT’s are going for almost as much and I just figured I’m already spending way more than I want to so I might as well just go all in. This card is huge and weighs almost 6lbs. The Corsair Crystal 680X was always going to be the case I built this system in and I was shocked when this card barely fit in it. I really thought I would have surplus space given how roomy this case is but wow, another millimeter and I’d be sending this card back. The card has a very slight sag on my Asus TUF Gaming X570 Plus MB. Nothing I’d be too worried about but I may slide a support in there if it kicks off my OCD too much in the future. The card feels and looks very tough and there is nothing cheap feeling about this card. It is performing very well at 3440×1440 and I’m getting great FPS on all the games I’m playing at Ultra settings. I’d say decent temps as well, I did play with the fan curves a bit but generally its running in the 40’s idle and 60’s to high 70’s during gameplay. I dont have a 4K monitor to test out and I’m really not considering 4K gaming at this point in time. I think 1440p is the sweet spot for gaming right now and this card is almost overkill but what is wrong with that right? I’m not a fan of the Polychrome Sync software that you use to change the lighting on the card as its very slow and takes forever to start up. Once I have the color set though its easy enough to remove the software. I’m also not a fan of the red highlights on the card, I knew the color-scheme when I bought it but I’d prefer and all black or black and white card. Overall I think this card is a winner and if you’re like me desperately trying to build a new machine in the worst possible market, this card is a fine addition and you shouldn’t be worried about its performance. The pricing is insane and I realize I’m contributing to these high prices by purchasing this card but I wanted a new machine and it is what it is. This card would probably retail for around $1200 normally anyway so $300 over is pretty good in this market IMO.

Pros: Price(if you catch it on sale) Cons: Huge. Had to buy a gpu support arm for it and a larger case haha! My p300a mesh was to short to fit the card and my liquid cooler. Had to swap to Corsair 4000d air flow and did a glass side panel delete so I would have two metal panels. Overall Review: Great card! Runs fairly cool as long as your case is well vented. Mild overclock/under volt managed a 2550-2580core clock with 2100mhz memory clock very stable over the past few weeks zero issues. Stock boost clock claims 2340mhz on the core but I say a pretty regular 2400mhz out of the box. Overall the very easy overclock/undervolt in adrenaline with some fan tuning has met me roughly 10% on average in game fps. So I cant complain. Especially since I got this card on sale at extremely close to msrp. Meaning this card is probably one of the best values in this current market when you look at 3080,3080ti,and 3090 prices. This card packs a punch and at 1080p and 1440p out does the 3090! And at 4k with the overclock is on par! No brainer to me if youre shopping the high end right now! Have had the card going on a month no and zero issues. Its a power house. Specs 5600x 16gb ddr4 3600 cl14 6900xt Seasonic 850w gold psu

Pros: As advertised Cons: Didn’t last long (2 months of mild gaming) Overall Review: Card ran great for 2 months, then, today when I turned on my computer after getting off work, it started smoking. I’ve been in IT for a decade now and this certainly isn’t my first install, so I no it was nothing I did (having not been in the box since install) Attempted to go from nvidia to amd but this isn’t a good experience.

Pros: * Packaged very well * Card is very nice looking, decent brushed aluminum cooler, not flimsy AND an aluminum backplate. * One of the higher overclocked cards. *Actually INSTOCK at somewhere close to MSRP. Cons: *No leds I guess? Overall Review: Ok, so after reading reviews and seeing a ton of negitive content on these cards by people who don’t even own one or have seen one in action. I started digging through different specs and looked at the raw specs of the card and I saw a completely different picture. I bought 1 on release date for my younger brothers pc and tested it on my old 8300 8core system and its a lot faster than what people give it credit for even though its only a 4gb card, I tested it vs a rx460 4gb oc card and a rx570 4gb and this card beats both by a long shot. Forza 5 horizon runs great mostly high preset and pulls almost a consistent 100fps on a 24″ 1920×1080 monitor. Dropped it into my brothers 3700x ryzen build on a pcie 4 board and it gained even more frames. Pretty much tackles any game we have thrown at it 1080p with mid/high settings on either system. The thing people are missing with this card is infinity cache, gpu frequency and the dd6 ram speed those are the main points to this card that makes it shine, sure it only has 4pcie lanes and 64bit bus but the raw speed of the ram and infinity cache definitely make up for it. I have had so much fun with this card I ordered another one for myself and will probably order another one for my friends build. The biggest thing I noticed with reviews regarding this card is people keep comparing it to cards way out of its league, sure some older cards are faster, but also have double the ram and a wider bus, so its not even in the same ballpark. This card isn’t ment to compete with a 3060 but does hold its own, its ment to be a lower end budget card which until recently there hasn’t been much market in, this card is geared for the 90%ish of gamers who don’t need a top teir card to play indie games or csgo at 1080p. I am overly impressed with the card and would recommend if you need to upgrade from a low end card from 2-4years back(1030,1050 or rx 400s or rx 500s 4gb cards). I run a 6900xt and am still impressed by the size, powerdraw, and overall performance in games from this little guy. Don’t believe the negativity buy one and try it yourself.

Pros: cheap and available. Son wanted to play new FNAF game and the passed down gtx 760ti just wouldn’t run it at all. Installed the 6500xt and started on medium settings then went to high and still smooth and decent fps ( 70+ ). All his games run better and smoother now. He is very happy. Fortnite, FNAF Security Breach, Valorant, Mincraft, Roblox, Tabs and others. Very cool and quiet, even when I stress tested the card. Cooling system is beyond good enough. Cons: I had to try and overclock, it’s who I am. Overclocking added very little, but some performance increase using AMD Radeon software. No Hevc encoder! ??? say what? If you want to stream and record your gameplay, you will need a 30 to 100 dollar game capture card. This is 2022 right? Performance is 10 to 30 percent better on pcie 4.0 or above motherboards which my son thankfully had. Overall Review: If you want to get gaming now and don’t have a lot of money or want to wait to see what the market does for high end cards, this is a no brainer buy. I would recommend based on games performance that I am seeing on my son’s computer.

Pros: None whatsoever DOA Cons: DOA used video card when I ordered new. Overall Review: No idea because cannot use. Newegg is getting in the habit of shipping dead or defective parts to fill orders
