This is Section with Sidebar Product Layout which you can choose in Product Layout option. You can assign additional content in Sidebar inside Custom code areas. We use CE shortcode in area near button. Read docs (check link in end of product description). We also assign additional tab with Woocommerce Custom tab plugin and place there CE list shortcode

This Product Layout is possible to create with Content Egg plugin and with Bulk import Tool
